Next Boston's Public Enemy No. 1

Welcome Boston.com's readers to my humble blog, it's a big honor to have been featured by Eric Wilbur in his article.

Anyhow, Eric's expectant Mike Lowell would rebound, given he couldn't fall any lower... Well, let me put this clear in a way everybody understands it: He won't, because HE SUCKS!

Ok, it was right Red Sox signed him, because it was the only way they could get the amazing Josh Beckett. But don't waste your hopes expecting Lowell might be any better, because as Eric states, Mikey's fate is to become the next public enemy No. 1 in Red Sox Nation.
"Otherwise, the creator of the MikeLowellsucks.com blog has made it known that he will transfer ownership of the domain for free to one lucky member of Red Sox Nation."
The offer is still in effect, so hurry up Bostonians, this is a first come first served offer, and I'm sure after Mike's first appearance at the plate my inbox will be flooded with your requests.

Good luck next season. Go Red Sox.

UPDATE: Dear Red Sox Nation citizen, if you want to take ownership of this blog, the domain name and even the gmail account, write me to mikelowellsucks [a t] gmail [d o t] com for details.
Please be advised some conditions apply:
  1. You have to prove everyone you're the right person for this job. I'll grant you access to do some guest posting and depending of it, me and/or your fellow Bostonians will decide if you qualify.
  2. You must promise me, and more important, promise the Red Sox Nation you'll continue the work of this blog and you'll spread your hate against this sucker.
  3. Finally and in case Mike Lowell gets traded to another team, you will do the same as I did and will transfer everything to one of the fans of the next unlucky team.
Long life and a productive new season to the Boston Red Sox.

Boston fan here...

Most Red Sox fans give new question marks a short grace period, it starts on opening day and ends on Marathon Monday/Patriots Day, this year it's April 17, the Red Sox play an 11am game on that day every year, some call it Working Man's Opening Day because you have to be RICH to go to real opening day at Fenway. Even though it's an 11am game, it's the drunkest of the year. If Mike isn't over .260, he will be run out of town.

If that happens (Mike not going over .260) then I believe my gmail inbox will be filled up with requests and, as you know, it's really big.

I don't care what others have said but I deserve this site for these 5 reasons

1. I hate, no loathe Mike Lowell, the guy is such a jerk, he can't hit, he can barely field and he will never ever adjust to playing on the best team in baseball
2. I am huge Bill Mueller fan and I hate that the sox got this guy to replace him. Mueller is a professional, an awesome hitter, awesome fielder and isn't too old to do his job
3. Per your request I promise you and I promise Red Sox Nation that if I am given this site I will bash Mike Lowell, pounce on every single time he strikes out and if he makes an error I will make sure to have the full story about it. This I solemly swear and I am an Eagle Scout so you can trust my word
4. I am an official (paying) member of Red Sox Nation so I am qualified
5. I currently have my own blog on leftinlowell.com and bluemassgroup.com about political stuff and this wouldn't be hard at all for me to maintain

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE LET ME CONTINUE YOUR NOBLE WORK AND I PROMISE YOU THAT WITH ME IN CHARGE THE SOX WILL BE CALLING THE DODGERS AND GETTING BILLY MUELLER BACK!

OK, I was at a Sox game a couple weeks ago, and I'd like to say something in Mike Lowell's defense: his come-on music is ANDREW WK!!! My friends and I have debated this for ages and we've all agreed that ANDREW WK is probably the best come-on music a player could have. We think "I Get Wet" or "Ready to Die" might be a better song choices than "Party Hard," but we all give Mike major props just for his taste in music. So there's the bright side to having Mike Lowell on the Red Sox this year!

Surprise, surprise. Looks like Mike Lowell doesn't suck after all. Maybe playing in the a baseball graveyard, AKA Florida Marlins, brings out the worst in people. I like him just fine in Boston and all Red Sox fans would agree.
